Cydcor Sales receives recognition for excellence

Cydcor’s rankings in two out of four major sales categories in the Brown-Wilson Group/Datamonitor’s global survey of SMO vendors are higher than any other company

WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif. (January 4, 2010) – In addition to earning top honors for sales and marketing outsourcing in the Brown-Wilson Group/Datamonitor The Black Book of Outsourcing’s 2009 annual survey, Cydcor, the leading provider of outsourced, face-to-face-sales teams, also had the highest scores in two major vendor categories – sales team outsourcing and sales support service – more than any other vendor.

Cydcor earned top honors in two of the four vendor function categories – and was the only vendor to earn top accolades in two out of four categories. This achievement demonstrates Cydcor sales efficiencies in areas including vendor overall preference, innovation, training, and client relationships. It also encompasses other important Cydcor sales proficiencies, including lead generation, appointment setting, call services, and leadership.

Among other elite vendor and performance ranking honors Cydcor also earned the survey’s highest overall client satisfaction, ranking at 93 percent. Cydcor placed first in 9 of 18 key performance indicators evaluated as part of the annual survey.  Additionally, Cydcor captured first place in “key performance’’ rankings, including vendor overall preference, training, trust, deployment and outsourcing implementation, integration and interfaces, reliability, data and security backup services, support and customer care, and best of breed technology and process improvement.

Each year, the Brown-Wilson Group, a Datamonitor company, undertakes its annual survey of SMO clients in various industries to benchmark and rank vendor performance. The research results are recognized as the most extensive and representative perception study of outsourcing vendors, validated by more than 26,000 participants from service users around the globe.
