JIM SIEGRIST
SENIOR VP OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Jim Siegrist brings to Cydcor more than 14 years of experience in investment banking, business development and corporate finance. In his role, Siegrist is responsible for overseeing Cydcor’s business development team. He works to identify new business opportunities globally, develop marketing initiatives and enhance the management of current business accounts through market research, financial feasibility studies, operational effectiveness and capacity utilization.

Prior to joining Cydcor, Siegrist spent most of his career as an investment banker. He began his career with GE Capital working on leveraged buyouts in Stamford, CT and London, England. Siegrist also worked for Wall Street firms BT Alex. Brown and Deutsche Bank where he structured and financed leveraged buyouts for top tier private equity firms and large, corporate clients with transactions ranging in size from $150 million to $3 billion.

HOLLY COLLINS
VP OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Holly Collins joined Cydcor in 2002 and has more than 13 years of experience in corporate sales and business development. As Vice President Business Development for Cydcor, Collins works with other senior executives to identify new market segments, initiate contact with and cultivate client relationships, all while overseeing and nurturing the growth of existing campaigns.

She is credited with spearheading key accounts for Cydcor, such as SBC, Sam’s Club, DS Waters and Moneris. Prior to joining Cydcor in 2002, Collins spent 13 years as national director of marketing for an outsourced sales company, specializing in advertising and promotional materials. There, she developed corporate accounts and coordinated marketing programs for clients such as Hyatt International, Marriott Corporation, Subway and major golf management corporations throughout the U.S. Other responsibilities included training and managing teams of account marketing directors.

Collins holds a B.A. from Chicago’s Loyola University with a major in marketing and a concentration in psychology.

JAMES MCCARTHY
VP OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

James McCarthy joined Cydcor in 1997 and brings more than 25 years of experience as a senior executive in business development and management to the company. As Vice President of Business Development, McCarthy works directly with Cydcor’s Senior Vice President of Business Development designing and implementing new strategies to acquire new clients and manage existing relationships.

Prior to joining Cydcor, McCarthy worked as an independent business consultant and corporate executive for two start-up telephone companies in Asia. Prior to this, he was the senior vice president of land operations at Princess Cruises. Over his 12-year career at Princess Cruises, his responsibilities included the development and management of the reservations, airline, and IT services departments, as well as international shore excursion and embarkation services. McCarthy played a pivotal role in establishing the cruise line company as a leader within the international travel industry.

JOE WOLFE
VP OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Joe Wolfe joined Cydcor in 1999 and brings more than 20 years of experience working with major business and consumer service organizations. Wolfe’s responsibilities include working with Cydcor’s senior executives to identify, acquire and develop relationships with new clients within the U.S.

Previously, Wolfe has held executive positions with Warner-Amex Cable, Cellular Communications Inc., MCI, LCI International and Qwest Communications. He was responsible for the development, execution and management of all consumer direct sales channels and business development. In addition, Wolfe developed national partnerships for Internet-based acquisition, outbound telemarketing programs and Pacific Rim sales channels.

Wolfe earned associate degree in business administration from Hocking State University and attended Ohio University where he studied government affairs. In addition, Wolfe has had extensive professional training in modern business with an emphasis in advanced sales and marketing, management and economics.

JACK GEIGER
VP OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Jack Geiger joined Cydcor in 1997 with more than 20 years of sales experience with specific expertise in the distribution of goods and services through wholesale, retail, indirect and direct sales channels.In his role as Vice President of Business Development, Geiger works directly with Cydcor’s CEO and other senior executives to develop successful and productive sales programs. Geiger is responsible for leading some of Cydcor’s largest direct sales campaigns including those in the energy, Internet, wireless and satellite communications industries.

Prior to joining Cydcor, Geiger was the president of Global Access Marketing, a marketing and services firm active in the consumer electronics industry. Global Access represented international electronics corporations including Sony, Panasonic, Sharp and others to introduce new products, expand distribution and to increase market share. Previously, Geiger held management positions within Honeywell Inc., where his responsibilities included the management of joint ventures with Ericsson, NEC and Groupe Bull, as well as the marketing and implementation of integrated voice and data solutions.

Geiger holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing Management with an emphasis in Logistics and Economics from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio.

NEIL SUDAISER
DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

As Director of Business Development, Neil Sudaisar is responsible for managing all aspects of business development for Cydcor’s AT&T U-Verse campaigns. In this role, he collaborates with Cydcor’s senior management and Campaign Directors on strategies to grow the U-Verse sales campaigns. He also works alongside the department’s Senior Vice President to seek out and develop new business opportunities with other companies.

Before joining Cydcor, Sudaisar held senior management positions at Best Buy, where he led the team responsible for integrating Geek Squad services across merchant organizations and growing its business externally. Under his management, he developed partnerships with industry leaders that proved to be beneficial for all parties. In addition, he successfully launched programs with Microsoft, AAA, Verizon, Comcast, AT&T, and Time Warner, among others.

JIM ERICKSON
VP OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Jim Erickson brings more than 20 years of sales and marketing experience to Cydcor. Prior to Cydcor, Erickson held a variety of senior level marketing, sales, service, and operations positions at Qwest Communications, AOL Time Warner, and Comcast Cable. He was most recently the Vice President and General Manager of Business Services in the West Division of Comcast Cable.

Over the years, Erickson has developed new sales channels in both the consumer and business segments. Jim has a wide range of experience in channel development and management. He has built direct sales programs, indirect sales, agent sales, telesales and alternate channels. As a former Cydcor client, he brings a unique perspective to Cydcor. When he worked with Cydcor in the 1990s, he acquired more than 50,000 new high-speed Internet subscribers in a six-month period.

Erickson earned his BS in Business Administration from The American University in Washington, DC. He serves on several boards, including the Cherry Creek Schools Foundation.
