With the theme of “Dream XTreme,” the events were attended by sales representatives and office owners throughout each area. In Nashville, more than 1,700 were in attendance; in Canada, almost 300 were at the event. Attendees heard presentations from leaders in the business, attended invaluable training sessions, and participated in an awards ceremony. Awards were distributed to those who were achieving above and beyond sales targets and performing at high rates.

Nominees spoke to the group with great messages revolving around passion, commitment, and hard work. A video about Operation Smile, a children’s medical charity that provides free cleft lip and cleft palate reconstructive surgeries worldwide, was also shown to the group; field high rollers who have raised significant funds were recognized. Cydcor is one of the highest corporate givers to the organization and an official corporate ambassador for the organization.

In her role, Quinn will work closely with Cydcor’s clients, field leadership and business development teams while overseeing daily operations at Cydcor’s headquarters. Quinn will also head the tactical leadership team responsible for developing and executing initiatives to grow Cydcor’s business. Quinn was previously the company’s Senior Vice President of Sales Operations.

Through the Neighborhood Leader Program:

• The network of nearly 200 independent Cydcor sales offices located across the United States and Canada are given financial sponsorships.
• The offices are encouraged to donate their time and talent to non-profit, charitable organizations in their communities.
• Cydcor provides a contribution match to help support the volunteer effort.
• Each independent Cydcor office is eligible to take advantage of the Neighborhood Leader Program once each year.

To date, approximately 800 team members from sales offices throughout the country have dedicated almost 400 hours to their local communities through volunteer work and donations since the program’s inception. They’ve served 46 organizations, as shown in the Cydcor Neighborhood Leader video.

In this role, Erickson works closely with Cydcor’s Senior Vice President of Business Development and various members of the business development team to identify, pitch, and negotiate contracts with various cable and telecom companies to enlist Cydcor’s outsourced sales services.

In addition to Erickson’s primary focus on these industries, he is assisting the business development team in sourcing and negotiating opportunities in other industries as well. Upon signing new clients to contracts with Cydcor, Erickson works closely with Cydcor’s campaign management team to help grow the campaign. For the past year, Erickson has worked as a consultant for Cydcor as the company explored opportunities in the cable industry – making him well-versed in Cydcor’s practices, procedures, and goals.

WESTLAKE VILLAGE, CA (June 2, 2011) – Cydcor, the leading provider of outsourced, face-to-face sales teams, recently held a company-sponsored “Casino Night” to raise funds for Operation Smile, a children’s medical charity that provides free cleft lip and cleft palate reconstructive surgeries worldwide. Cydcor team members have been raising funds for Operation Smile over the past several months with an overall goal of raising $150,000 to fund a medical mission to remote locations in Peru, Cambodia, or Rwanda.

Planned entirely by Cydcor team volunteers, the casino event was created to bring team members, family, and friends together in a fun environment to raise funds for Operation Smile. During the event, more than 50 participants, including Cydcor friends, family and team members, enjoyed a poker and blackjack tournament, a costume contest, a raffle, and prizes.

Donations from sponsors included Dodger tickets, restaurant gift certificates, teeth whitening from a local dentist, a gym membership, a tanning gift certificate, a tennis racket, and an American Airlines gift card. As director of operations, Fried  is responsible for managing quality assurance, vendor relations, program quality and compliance, developing infrastructure of new programs and coordinating reporting to meet retail client and merchant needs.

“Kyle has contributed to the company in numerous outstanding ways while modeling true development and collaboration, key behaviors we value,” said Cydcor Senior Vice President of Sales Operations, Vera Quinn.  In his new role, Fried will play a vital role in ensuring operational excellence which will help fuel the company’s planned growth.

A graduate of Vanderbilt University in economics, Fried first distinguished himself as campaign support manager in 2005, before quickly moving through the ranks, providing input to every program implemented at Cydcor. In 2007, Fried was named supervisor of the data management department which oversees the complex processing of customer orders and payments for the company’s client base of Fortune 500 and emerging companies.

Some of his many accomplishments include streamlining back-end processes, enhancing internal systems to meet client and field needs, managing day-to-day reporting with the field and clients, weekly payments to reps in the field and retail stores, vendor relationship and process development, as well as managing a team of 17.

WESTLAKE VILLAGE, CA (February 9, 2011) – Cydcor, the leading provider of outsourced, face-to-face sales teams, announced that team members have raised more than $3,440 for Operation Smile, a children’s medical charity that provides cleft lip and palate repair surgeries to children worldwide.

In conjunction with its annual kickoff meeting to raise money for Operation Smile, Cydcor held a charity bowling event at the AMF Bowling Center in Woodland Hills. Team members raised donations in order to compete in the bowl-a-thon. As an extra incentive, team members earned raffle tickets based on the amount they collected. The tickets went into drawings for experiences with key executives, such as wine-tasting or attending a Los Angeles Lakers game.

“It is extremely fortunate that organizations like Operation Smile work to directly impact the lives of underprivileged children. Our goal was to hold an exciting and fun team-building event where we could raise money and contribute to spreading recognition for Operation Smile,” said Vera Quinn, senior vice president of sales operations . “Our bowl-a-thon was a great success and a true testament to how simple it is to give every child a chance to smile.”

With the theme of “Cross the Line,” the event agenda included a welcome reception, general session, campaign meetings, and educational breakouts. In addition to the excitement around the opportunities in store for 2011, a highlight of the Cydcor event was the recognition of two key sales leaders for reaching significant sales and management milestones.
