Jim Siegrist, Senior Vice President of Business Development
Jim Siegrist brings to Cydcor more than 14 years of experience in investment banking, business development and corporate finance. In his role, Siegrist is responsible for overseeing Cydcor’s business development team. He works to identify new business opportunities globally, develop marketing initiatives and enhance the management of current business accounts through market research, financial feasibility studies, operational effectiveness and capacity utilization.
Prior to joining Cydcor, Siegrist spent most of his career as an investment banker. He began his career with GE Capital working on leveraged buyouts in Stamford, CT and London, England. Siegrist also worked for Wall Street firms BT Alex. Brown and Deutsche Bank where he structured and financed leveraged buyouts for top tier private equity firms and large, corporate clients with transactions ranging in size from $150 million to $3 billion. His career has covered a broad range of industries, including business services, media and entertainment, manufacturing, healthcare, technology and gaming. Most recently, Siegrist served as a principal at a Los Angeles-based, middle-market investment banking firm where he was responsible for business development and deal execution for merger and acquisition transactions.
Siegrist earned his B.S. in finance with distinction from Babson College, and his M.B.A. in Finance from the Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA.
