Cydcor Kicks Off 2012
Cydcor team members jump-started 2012 with their annual Kick-Off Meeting! During the two-day event, team members from all departments gathered together to network, learn, and brainstorm.

The Importance of Confidence
During a USC class, we learned about a conference that was attended by 60 top business leaders. The leaders were asked to name their biggest fear. All 60 had the same answer, although not the same exact words. For each of them, their biggest fear is that people will find out that they are not so good.

NEIGHBORHOOD LEADER PROGRAM

At Cydcor, our corporate culture encourages our employees and sales representatives to give back to their communities. Our sales teams support numerous charities and events. Our Neighborhood Leader Program provides Cydcor’s network of independent sales offices resources to donate to their local communities through charity and volunteer work.

VOLUNTEER DAYS

Being a good ambassador in your community takes time. That's why Cydcor provides an annual benefit that allows each employee to spend time volunteering for a nonprofit organization or cause they care about. What is important to our team members is important to Cydcor.

OPERATION SMILE

Along with helping at the community level, Cydcor has also adopted an official corporate cause, Operation Smile. This international children’s medical charity treats facial deformities, such as cleft lip and cleft palate. Cydcor has partnered with its network of independent sales offices to raise $150,000 for Operation Smile's medical mission.
