NEIGHBORHOOD LEADER PROGRAM

At Cydcor, our corporate culture encourages our employees and sales representatives to give back to their communities. Our sales teams support numerous charities and events. Our Neighborhood Leader Program provides Cydcor’s network of independent sales offices resources to donate to their local communities through charity and volunteer work.

VOLUNTEER DAYS

Being a good ambassador in your community takes time. That's why Cydcor provides an annual benefit that allows each employee to spend time volunteering for a nonprofit organization or cause they care about. What is important to our team members is important to Cydcor.

OPERATION SMILE

In 2012, Cydcor and its network of independent sales offices raised more than $150,000 for Operation Smile, a children’s medical charity. Cydcor now has a new goal: To double this amount and travel on another medical mission – helping hundreds of children reclaim their smiles.
