The Black Book Survey, produced by the Brown-Wilson Group, Inc., ranked 56 providers of outsourced sales processes and services.

CYDCOR ranked No. 1 in the categories of client trust, vendor preference, and operational value-add. CYDCOR was ranked No. 2 overall in its end-to-end sales outsourcing vendor assessment. The company missed a tie for the No. 1 position by .01, according to the survey.
