Vera Quinn, Senior Vice President Sales Operations
Vera Quinn is Senior Vice President of Sales Operations at Cydcor. In her role, Quinn works closely with Cydcor’s clients, field leadership and business development teams while overseeing daily operations at Cydcor’s headquarters. Working alongside the CEO, President and CFO, Quinn plays a pivotal role on the company’s strategic leadership team. She also heads the tactical leadership team responsible for developing and executing initiatives to grow Cydcor’s business.
Quinn is responsible for driving Cydcor’s campaign management efforts for the company’s client roster. Her responsibilities also include leading the field solutions, field training, data management, quality assurance and vendor management departments that support Cydcor’s network of over 200 sales offices. An advocate for the people and culture of Cydcor, Quinn oversees human resources and is the driving force for creating programs and a corporate environment aimed to attract, nurture and develop Cydcor team members.
Beginning her career more than a decade ago at Cydcor’s former headquarters in Toronto, Quinn knows the business inside and out. She developed a passion for direct sales early on – successfully building door-to-door, commission-based sales teams for a variety of client campaigns. Using her operational expertise, Quinn then ran her own bookkeeping and consulting business, serving the needs of 15 offices within Cydcor’s network of sales offices. In 2000, she took her extensive field knowledge to Cydcor’s corporate office in California where she helped the company grow by 300 percent. She was named vice president of operations in 2005, and senior vice president in 2008.
Quinn’s accomplishments include automating operational processes, establishing a team of campaign experts to assist clients and independent offices, leading the development of operational systems and technologies to make Cydcor more efficient and playing a vital role in the ongoing expansion of Cydcor’s face-to-face sales business.
Quinn holds a Bachelor of Arts in political science and history from the University of Toronto, and is a certified Franklin Covey trainer.
