
Vera Quinn is the President and CEO of Cydcor, a leading provider of outsourced face-to-face sales solutions serving Fortune 500 and emerging companies across the US and Canada. Over her 28+ year tenure, Quinn has been instrumental in shaping Cydcor's reputation for delivering exceptional results and fostering a culture where people thrive.
Since becoming CEO in 2020, Quinn has led Cydcor through one of its most dynamic periods of expansion. Under her leadership, the company has achieved four consecutive years of double-digit revenue growth, more than doubled its revenue, and expanded into new industry verticals, while earning recognition on the Inc. 5000 list of America's fastest-growing private companies for the second consecutive year and winning the 2026 Silver Stevie® Award for Sales Outsourcing Provider of the Year. In 2025, she was named CEO of the Year by the Los Angeles Business Journal Inside the Valley for her vision, leadership, and contributions to business and the community, and in 2026 was named a 2026 EY Entrepreneur Of The Year® Greater Los Angeles Award winner, advancing to the national round of the program this November.

Prior to becoming CEO, Quinn began on the field side in an entry-level role, before transitioning to Cydcor and serving in multiple executive roles including Chief Operating Officer, Vice President of Operations, and Vice President of Sales Operations. She attended the University of Toronto, where she studied Political Science and History, and is a certified Franklin Covey trainer.
Beyond her role at Cydcor, Quinn serves as Executive Director of Liberty Children's Home in Belize, a sanctuary for nearly 75 vulnerable children that provides a safe, loving environment to help them heal and build brighter futures. Under her leadership, Cydcor and its network have raised more than $1.5 million for organizations including Operation Smile, Liberty Children's Home, and Spark of Love. Her leadership is defined by a focus on innovation, a commitment to culture, and a commitment to ensuring that people remain at the heart of sustainable success.
