Cydcor was ranked No. 1 in client trust and vendor preference in the 2007 annual survey of outsourced sales vendors in the “Black Book of Outsourcing.”
The Black Book Survey, produced by the Brown-Wilson Group, Inc., ranked 56 providers of outsourced sales processes and services. Cydcor ranked No. 1 in the categories of client trust, vendor preference, and operational value-add. Cydcor was ranked No. 2 overall in its end-to-end sales outsourcing vendor assessment. The company missed a tie for the No. 1 position by .01, according to the survey.
“Cydcor’s No. 1 rating for vendor preference indicates our clients are so satisfied with our performance that Cydcor is the company most likely to be recommended by its clients to other organizations,” said Cydcor CEO Gary Polson. “This is the highest compliment we could receive.”
Cydcor focuses on developing custom solutions for its clients, including rapid market entry, product speed to market, customized training, post sale quality assurance and sales preservation programs.
