Promoted to Cydcor's Senior Vice President, People Services in 2019, Brandon Anderson is responsible for all aspects of the employee experience at Cydcor. Brandon first joined Cydcor in 2017, as Director, People Development and Culture, a newly created position, responsible for overseeing Cydcor’s leadership development efforts, guiding culture initiatives, and driving organizational change.
Prior to joining Cydcor, Brandon held a number of human resources leadership roles in large organizations, including executive leadership positions at Transamerica and Aegon. In these positions he spearheaded the design and execution of a corporate university, drove talent acquisition strategy and talent development initiatives, as well as global culture transformation efforts. Brandon previously served as the Human Resources Director at Pacific Sunwear, leading performance management initiatives including training, communication strategy, competency model development and talent assessment. Earlier in his career, he led talent management initiatives at BAE Systems, Honeywell, Pfizer and United Health Care.
Brandon earned a bachelor’s degree in international business and a master’s in Clinical Psychology, both from Pepperdine University, along with a master’s and PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Alliant International University, College of Organizational Studies.
