My official title is National Account Manager, but, to explain the role, it’s easier to refer to myself as a professional middle man, bridging the gap between the sales offices and our clients. While the nature of my role involves wearing many different hats, the core of what I do is supporting the field to make sure we are delivering results to the client. There is no such thing as an average day for me. Some of my time may be spent strategizing territory management, and some of my time may also be spent working with the field on how we can increase our sales and conversion ratios. It takes good knowledge of prioritization and time management to do this role well.

Some of the most valuable lessons I’ve learned about business have come from my experience with Cydcor. I’ve learned everything from taking multiple approaches to a single problem, to knowing when to take a step back, to asking for help, to being resourceful and feeding my curiosity.
There are a lot of perks I love about my job like travelling, working with big clients, and the thrill of the experience itself. For me, it’s about the people. I get to work with people who are much like myself, motivated with a desire to succeed. Great things can happen when you get like-minded people in the same room, and I think that’s part of what contributes to Cydcor’s overall success. I love the openness and transparency of this company. I feel confident that I could approach the President and the CEO to pitch new ideas, and I know that I will be heard. I love that I get to see two sides of a business. I'm in a unique role where I work with the independent sales offices in the field, which is very entrepreneurial. Cydcor, on the other hand, offers the corporate structure, which is something I enjoy as well. The experience I'm gaining is invaluable to the future of my career and my growth in business.
