What do you do at Cydcor?

I’m one of Cydcor’s Senior National Account Managers. In my role, I act as a liaison between the independent sales companies (including, their sales teams) and our clients to help everyone achieve their goals. On the sales side, I keep an eye on more than 20 different companies and take an active role in ensuring the success and growth of Cydcor’s business. For our clients, I make sure we consistently hit their sales targets through hard work and integrity, solidifying Cydcor’s reputation as a valuable business partner.

What makes Cydcor Special?

Cydcor’s unique culture is so focused on personal and professional development, that every person in the building is eager to teach you new skills to help you improve and reach the next level in your career. I came to Cydcor with no real professional experience and, within the first couple of months, I couldn’t believe how far I’d come. My fellow team members continue to teach me new things every day and push me further and further towards success. They are truly what makes Cydcor special.

Madison learns first-hand what it takes to sell products and services door to door. Campaign Managers at Cydcor spend time in the field to gain valuable insight into the challenges the independent sales reps face and to prepare them to help provide solutions.

How has working at Cydcor helped you grow?

Cydcor has helped me grow by encouraging me to step outside of my comfort zone time and time again. Every time I became “comfortable” with my current position, I was encouraged to take on more responsibility through additional opportunities. Since graduating college four years ago and beginning my career with Cydcor, I’ve held several different positions, each of which has helped teach me the skills I need to be successful as a Senior National Account Manager.

What is your favorite part of working at Cydcor?

My favorite part about working with Cydcor is getting to develop new relationships and travel places I’ve never been before. Growing up, I never traveled, but my current position allows me to work with clients in different cities all across the US. The past few years have been an amazing adventure, where I’ve made friends and acquaintances spanning the entire country. I’ve built relationships that will last a lifetime.

What do you love about the business?

In this business, the only thing that will allow you to achieve your goals is your own work ethic and drive. If you have those things, there’s no limit to what you can achieve as part of this team. I’ve seen so many people come in with little to no work experience who were then able to make something of themselves. I love the fact that my results and accomplishments are directly dependent on my own actions and nothing else. I love that this is a business that provides that kind of opportunity.
