What do you do at Cydcor?

As the Vice President of IT, I am responsible for the conservation and development of our architecture and solution delivery teams. My organization focuses on salesforce CRM, mobile solutions, business intelligence, as well as system integration, lead management and payment systems. Digital transformation, a vital process in our industry, motivates us to stay relevant with the latest technology trends to ultimately develop innovative IT strategy and solutions. We advance through new initiatives, providing service to our sales representatives and clients while continuing an ideal network of systems. Valuing a cohesive work environment, I aim to foster unity and share in my team’s goals to benefit our customers.

What do you love about the business?

Challenge, teamwork, respect, and customer satisfaction drive me to love this business. Although IT is a fast-paced field, my fellow coworkers at Cydcor make the challenge worthwhile. With my team I am able to navigate through my obstacles, applying leadership, creativity, and the “making it happen” mentality along the way. Most importantly, I love customizing a software to help our clients, as their satisfaction in conjunction with our sales reps, has been Cydcor’s number one priority for over 25 years!
