As Director of IT development, I lead technical efforts related to all software API integrations with telecommunications giants, major brands, and support services. I get involved in the process of collecting technical information from team members as well as from the network of independent sales companies we work with. Then, I work with my development team to implement a software solution to meet those needs and achieve business goals.
