What do you do at Cydcor?

I am a Salesforce Project Manager. Essentially, I serve as a team member who contributes to onboarding a new (or existing) client onto our awesome Salesforce solution. I make sure our requirements are complete, that the team is focused on deliverables, and that we are on schedule.

Cydcor has helped me learn and embrace a business model where the main product is our people. By bridging sales with technology, I am lucky to be party to a modern, sophisticated, and streamlined method of selling.

What is your favorite part of working at Cydcor?

What I enjoy most at Cydcor are the unique challenges we are faced with, and as a team, how we address them. Our ability to avoid become mired in indecision, analysis paralysis, or disagreement is amazing. I just love how we identify challenges and overcome them to succeed.

What do you love about the business?

I love the positive energy. The can-do attitude and high-five spirit of the the independent sales companies. I am constantly amazed by their incredible perseverance, tenacity and willingness to succeed.
