Cydcor Ranked No. 1 in Outsourcing Survey

Cydcor, the leader in outsourced face-to-face sales, announced today that the company earned top marks earlier this year from The Black Book of Outsourcing, which conducts an annual ranking of outsourcing providers in its Black Book Outsourced Sales Services Survey. The Black Book Survey, produced by the Brown-Wilson Group, Inc., ranked 56 providers of outsourced sales processes and services.

Cydcor ranked No. 1 in the categories of client trust, vendor preference, and operational value-add. Cydcor was ranked No. 2 overall in its end-to-end sales outsourcing vendor assessment. The company missed a tie for the No. 1 position by .01, according to the survey.

“Cydcor’s No. 1 rating for vendor preference indicates our clients are so satisfied with our performance that Cydcor is the company most likely to be recommended by its clients to other organizations,” said Cydcor CEO Gary Polson. “This is the highest compliment we could receive.”

Cydcor Achieves Record Results

Cydcor Inc. announced today that the company set new milestones for success in 2007 with record sales growth, expansion of its independent network to more than 200 sales offices, as well as the largest sales force and highest client retention in the company’s history.

Cydcor’s growth was energized in 2007 through investments in the company by Golden Gate Capital, a San Francisco-based private equity firm; JP Capital Partners, a Los Angeles-based private equity firm; Gary Polson, the company’s chief executive officer and Jim Majeski, Cydcor president. “This has been a rewarding year for Cydcor due to the growing needs of the Fortune 500 companies that have come to rely upon us to extend their sales outreach and business performance,” Polson said.

Jim Majeski Named President of Cydcor

“Over the course of the past 13 years, Jim has played a central role in making Cydcor the success it is today. Majeski joined the company in 1994 and is credited with taking Cydcor global, leading business development in Germany, Spain and the UK. He oversees all client relationships which include Fortune 500 companies, some of which became clients more than a decade ago. In addition, Majeski has continued to meet clients’ needs through increasing Cydcor’s network of independent sales offices from zero to more than 200 today.

Cydcor Supports Former Team Member Through Donation

Cydcor and its team members recently made a donation to the Andinet International School in Ethiopia, in addition to packing and sending supplies for the school’s children and teachers.

In support a former Cydcor receptionist who moved to Ethiopia in August to teach English and art to impoverished children at Andinet, Cydcor donated $1,000 to the school and Cydcor team members individually contributed nearly $600 in additional funds.

“We look for opportunities to support our team members’ prosperity internally as well as externally while they pursue other goals and passions,” said Gary Polson, chief executive officer of Cydcor. “At Cydcor, we try to create a philanthropic environment where our team members can support each other, and we all wanted to help her make a difference.”

Cydcor and its team members were also able to fill four boxes of binders, paper, padfolios, pens and pencils to be personally delivered to the school in Ethiopia. The money will be used to purchase student school and arts supplies, which are often limited or non-existent.

“The Andinet International School expresses heartfelt gratitude for the generous contribution and personal delivery from Cydcor,” said Nefertiti Makeda, director of Andinet International School. “Our school is growing and we are always in need of educational materials.”
