AGOURA HILLS, Calif., March 12, 2019 /PRNewswire/ --Cydcor, an expert in outsourced sales services, was recognized as an industry leader in corporate training by the ATD Greater Las Vegas Chapter (Association for Talent Development) taking top honors in the Training Delivery category, Cydcor President Vera Quinn announced today. Cydcor's Learning and Development team was presented with the honor at the Chapter's Tribute to Learning Awards held earlier this month in Las Vegas.
Cydcor won ATD's award for Training Delivery for the team's outstanding strategy and execution of a complex technical training rollout to Cydcor's network sales offices.

The Chapter's annual awards honor companies leading the Learning and Development field, celebrating corporations for their creativity, innovation and futuristic approaches to learning. Cydcor's award in the Training Delivery area of expertise focuses on the ability to deliver effective training through the understanding of instructional design theory and methods, use of presentation techniques and tools for determining learning preferences, and incorporation of individual learning styles and cultural differences.
Award entries were reviewed by a team of CPLPs (Certified Professional in Learning and Performance) who evaluate submissions in 10 areas of expertise included in the industry-recognized ATD Competency Model.

The second part was an employee survey to measure the employee experience and was worth 75% of the total evaluation. The combined scores determined the top companies and final rankings. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process, analyzed the data and determined the final rankings for the Los Angeles Business Journal.

AGOURA HILLS, Calif., April 4, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Cydcor, the recognized leader of outsourced face-to-face sales, will again host the Day of Smiles fundraising drive benefiting international children's charity Operation Smile, Cydcor president Vera Quinn announced today. This marks the seventh year that Cydcor has partnered with Operation Smile in this corporate philanthropy program to provide life-changing surgeries to children born with facial deformities. Cydcor will kick off the Day of Smiles campaign at its Agoura Hills corporate headquarters May 20. The network of independent sales offices will also participate through May 24.
"By partnering with such an amazing non-profit as Operation Smile, we are able to impact children's lives dramatically through the gift of a smile," said Quinn. "The work we help fund through Operation Smile goes well beyond fixing a cleft lip or palate for these kids – we're funding surgeries that give hope to the families for a better quality of life for their child. Our four days of fundraising helps create a lifetime of smiles."
Cydcor has raised nearly $900,000 in charitable donations for Operation Smile since 2010, and has sponsored five medical missions. Cydcor volunteers returned from the most recent medical mission to Guadalajara, Mexico, in March, where they helped provide assistance and comfort to families while their children received surgeries from the Operation Smile medical team. Cydcor's corporate philanthropy initiatives have previously helped fund medical missions to Brazil, Guatemala, Bolivia and Mexico, with this year's fundraising campaign expected to help sponsor additional medical missions in the coming months.
Cydcor and its network of independent sales offices throughout the US, Canada and the United Kingdom will be hosting a variety of fundraising activities through their annual Day of Smile event taking place May 20-24. Hoping to beat their previous best of $130,000 raised last year, Cydcor's charitable donations could top the $1 million mark of lifetime giving to Operation Smile this year.

Levy will lead Cydcor's B2B efforts including managing client relationships, driving results at the campaign management level, as well as exploring new business opportunities while strengthening existing client relationships.
