Operation Smile has been a big part of Cydcor for the last few years, and we are working on raising even more money to help restore smiles all over the world. Cydcor wants to say THANK YOU to volunteers and donors for their support of this great cause.
We appreciate all the hard work and dedication. We are continuing to partner with this organization and have some very fun events coming up in the near future! Stay tuned for more news and events. You can also donate to our team page at Adopt-a-smile right now.

The combined efforts of Cydcor along with our network of independent sales companies continue to make progress toward achieving our total fundraising goal for Operation Smile. With just a little over $30,000 left to raise, we’re on track to reach our $150,000 target.
Cydcor team members have led the charge, raising significant funds for this worthy medical mission through successful, high-energy charity events. Their passionate commitment shows no signs of slowing down and is ramping up for the upcoming casino night in May.
Thanks to all the participating independent sales company owners, Cydcor team members, the community and other supporters who are helping make this possible!
Cydcor, the leading provider of outsourced, face-to-face sales teams, celebrates its support of a dozen charities and more than 200 hours of volunteer work through Neighborhood Leaders, an internal program available to Cydcor sales offices. The program is designed to assist Cydcor sales offices in supporting their communities through charity and volunteer work.
Cydcor’s network of nearly 200 independent sales offices located across the United States and Canada are given financial sponsorships and encouraged to donate their time and talent to non-profit, charitable organizations in their communities. Cydcor will match the office’s contribution up to $250 and will provide up to $250 more to reimburse for transportation and meals that are in support of the volunteer effort. Each independent office is eligible to take advantage of Cydcor’s Neighborhood Leaders Program once annually.
“We’re proud of the Cydcor community relations program success, and we want to continue to support the important efforts put forth by our sales offices,” said Gary Polson, chief executive officer of Cydcor. “Cydcor believes it’s imperative to not only support the communities in which we live and work, but also to support those communities in which the Cydcor sales offices thrive.”
Organizations helped through Cydcor’s community relations program are: Massachusetts Special Olympics, Miami and Ohio Habitat for Humanity, Project Bread in Mass, Boys & Girls Club of Venice Beach, Muscular Dystrophy Association, American Cancer Society, Multiple Sclerosis Society, March of Dimes, Corazon a Corazon (in NYC), Philabundance (NJ Food Bank), and Cattyshack Ranch Wildlife Sanctuary.
“We are dedicated to supporting team members and Cydcor sales offices in their charitable ventures and igniting interest in volunteerism, whether it’s financial or a donation of time,” said Jim Majeski, President of Cydcor. “Our goal is that this philanthropic spirit will continue to be instilled in our team members and becomes ingrained in our culture. It is simply the right thing to do.”
