What do you do at Cydcor?

At Cydcor, I problem solve for our clients and their customers as well as the independent sales companies. I’m contacted regarding problems customers have had as part of the sales process. After looking into facts of the specific sale, I provide solutions to resolve the customer’s issue. The key is to improve the customer experience, which in turn satisfies the client and helps protect their brand. Finding the root of the issue provides information I can bring to the company owner to prevent recurrence and help ensure the owner’s future success.

What makes Cydcor Special?

Cydcor is a beast, and the opportunities are endless. The best part of working here is that these opportunities are anyone’s for the taking. The leadership encourages you to ask for what you want and tell them why you should have it.

How has working at Cydcor helped you grow?

Cydcor has helped me grow tremendously because a student mentality is celebrated here and the company’s personal development team is dedicated to creating phenomenal sessions to help team members in specific areas, from building your personal brand and improving presentation skills, to perfecting Crucial Conversations® and becoming a better listener.

What is your favorite part of working at Cydcor?

My favorite part of working at Cydcor is that there is a sense of family. Cydcor is not selfish by only caring about what they can get out of their employees. Cydcor is invested in their employees, and takes care of us so that we feel inspired and have the tools and resources we need to be the best version of ourselves each work day.

What do you love about the business?

I love the energy of the business; the grit mentality drives you to continuously push yourself to be so good that you can’t be ignored.
