At Cydcor, I manage our compliance team. We are responsible for reviewing all reps onboarded to our campaigns. The team ensures the reps are meeting each client’s requirements to get them a sales code and selling as soon as possible. We assist the field with any onboarding request or issues they may be experiencing. We assist with opening new ICLs and getting them set up for success. Through compliance, we strive to uphold the integrity of Cydcor’s brand as well as the brand of our Clients by doing what is right and not what is easy.
