Vera Quinn

President & CEO, Cydcor

Vera Quinn leads Cydcor as President and CEO, bringing 25+ years of customer acquisition expertise from field operations through executive leadership. Since becoming CEO in 2020, she has driven consistent double-digit growth, more than doubled company revenue, and expanded Cydcor's scope while building a culture that earns consistent workplace recognition.

Under Quinn's leadership, Cydcor earned recognition on the Inc. 5000 list of America's fastest-growing privately-held companies, won the 2026 Silver Stevie® Award for Sales Outsourcing Provider of the Year, and has been named one of Los Angeles' Best Places to Work 11 times. She was named CEO of the Year by the Los Angeles Business Journal Inside the Valley in 2025 for her vision and business impact. Quinn's approach centers on combining performance with culture, servant leadership with accountability, and strategic client partnerships with operational excellence.

Executive Chairman

Gary Polson joined Cydcor in 2000 and led the company through six-fold revenue growth, transforming it into a market leader in outsourced sales. His focus on operational excellence and client relationships built Cydcor's reputation for consistently delivering results and helping many Fortune 500 brands gain market share across telecommunications, energy, and emerging industries.

Under Gary's leadership, Cydcor earned recognition as "the most respected sales outsourcing company in the world" by Datamonitor and The Black Book of Outsourcing, achieving a 93% client satisfaction ranking. He brought 40+ years of business experience, including serving as CEO of T/O Printing and practicing as a corporate attorney. He holds a law degree and serves on the Board of Visitors for Pepperdine University's School of Public Policy.

Vice Chairman

Jim Majeski co-founded Cydcor in 1994 after recognizing how telecommunications deregulation created opportunities to connect major brands with independently owned sales companies. He attracted clients, including some of the largest telecommunications and shipping industries, while expanding Cydcor's network across North America and internationally into Germany, Spain, and the UK.

Jim's vision created the model that defines Cydcor's approach to customer acquisition today. Prior to founding Cydcor, he served as Director of Business Markets at MCI. He holds a bachelor's degree in marketing from St. Thomas University and continued his executive education at the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business. Jim founded the Majeski Charitable Foundation in 2002 to support health and education programs for children.

Rich Mangafas

Chief Revenue Officer

Rich oversees the teams that drive Cydcor's campaigns and revenue growth. Promoted to CRO in 2020 after growing Cydcor's retail business into its fastest-growing and highest revenue-contributing segment, Rich brings expertise in building effective client partnerships and expanding Cydcor's roster. He previously held leadership positions at Ultimate Electronics, iFloor, and Circuit City, where he earned District Manager of the Year honors in 2006.

Lalo Burgos

Chief Financial Officer

Lalo oversees finance functions across the U.S. and Canada while serving as the primary liaison for financial institutions. As a member of the executive team, he plays a key role in developing and executing company strategy. With 10+ years of finance and accounting experience before joining Cydcor in 2006, Lalo previously served as Director of Finance and Accounting and VP & GM, Canada.

VP & GM, Retail

Lex leads Cydcor's retail business growth with current clients while developing new retail partnerships. He grew Cydcor's AT&T retail segment revenue by more than 200% before his promotion to VP & GM in 2020. With 15+ years of big box retail management experience at Staples, iFloor, and Circuit City, Lex consistently delivers results through effective operational strategies and client partnerships.

VP, Technology

Sam defines Cydcor's technology vision and ensures infrastructure aligns with company goals. She oversees applications development, territory management, and low-code applications while driving innovations, including AI exploration, new field sales tools, and infrastructure for new business ventures. Under her leadership, Cydcor has achieved significant IT operational and financial efficiencies while creating a roadmap for strategic growth.

VP, Operations

Tony drives operational excellence across Cydcor's service delivery, focusing on frameworks that enhance performance and customer satisfaction for both the sales network and client roster. His seven years in campaign management gave him deep insights into Cydcor's business model, which he brought with him when he transitioned to VP of Operations. Prior leadership roles at Circuit City, Sears, and Capital One built his expertise in optimizing processes and fostering accountability. At Capital One, he earned the "Inspire the Way" award for his ability to lead teams to exceptional outcomes.

Milad Hassani

General Counsel

Milad oversees Cydcor's legal and risk management activities, advising on corporate, contract, and governance matters that protect client brands and ensure regulatory compliance. He joined Cydcor in 2014 after nearly five years at Latham & Watkins, where he represented large public clients on mergers and acquisitions, corporate compliance, and corporate finance. Milad earned his JD from UC Berkeley School of Law.

VP, Marketing

Gail leads marketing, corporate communications, and public relations for Cydcor. Her team develops and implements marketing and branding programs that align with client and company goals. Prior to Cydcor, Gail held positions at Kinko's as Director of Advertising and Creative Services, contributing to the company's recognition as one of FORTUNE magazine's "100 Best Companies to Work For." Her achievements include Silver and Bronze ADDY Awards, PRSA Cause-related Marketing Program of the Year, and the International Association of Business Communicators Award of Excellence.

Prior to Cydcor, Kim held leadership roles at WhiteFence and Qwest Communications, driving business development, partner management, and long-term strategy.
