Cydcor Achieves Record Results

Cydcor Inc. announced today that the company set new milestones for success in 2007 with record sales growth, expansion of its independent network to more than 200 sales offices, as well as the largest sales force and highest client retention in the company’s history.

Cydcor’s growth was energized in 2007 through investments in the company by Golden Gate Capital, a San Francisco-based private equity firm; JP Capital Partners, a Los Angeles-based private equity firm; Gary Polson, the company’s chief executive officer and Jim Majeski, Cydcor president. “This has been a rewarding year for Cydcor due to the growing needs of the Fortune 500 companies that have come to rely upon us to extend their sales outreach and business performance,” Polson said.

“With the expansion of the Cydcor network of independent offices and the skill and follow-through of more than 2,700 sales representatives, we expect our momentum and differentiated programs will extend our direct sales leadership into 2008.”

With more than 200 independent sales offices in 36 states and Canadian provinces, Cydcor has expanded market coverage by more than 12 percent annually in the past four years. Jim Majeski Named President of Cydcor

Cydcor, the leading provider of outsourced, face-to-face sales teams, recently named Jim Majeski President of Cydcor. Prior to this role, Majeski held the position of Cydcor Senior Vice President of Business Development

“Over the course of the past 13 years, Jim has played a central role in making Cydcor the success it is today. His leadership, ability to forge long-lasting client relationships and fuel the growth of our network of sales offices, has contributed to Cydcor in innumerable ways. As President, he will lead Cydcor at an even more significant level,” CEO Gary Polson said.

Majeski joined the company in 1994 and is credited with taking Cydcor global, leading business development in Germany, Spain and the UK. He oversees all client relationships which include Fortune 500 companies, some of which became clients more than a decade ago. In addition, Majeski has continued to meet clients’ needs through increasing Cydcor’s network of independent sales offices from zero to more than 200 today.

“We have built an outstanding reputation with our clients and in the industry. The biggest and best global brands are choosing Cydcor and our network of sales offices to represent them. As President, I look forward to the explosive growth Cydcor will experience in the near future,” said Majeski.

Most recently, Majeski and Polson obtained additional capital from institutional investors to fuel business expansion and the pursuit of channel and geographic opportunities. Both Majeski and Polson have financial as well as ownership stakes in the company.

Prior to joining Cydcor, Majeski served as director of business markets at MCI and president of the International Marketing Group. Majeski has more than 20 years of experience in corporate sales, management and strategic brand marketing, and is currently on the Board of Directors of Pennsylvania State University and St. Thomas University.

A Decade Later, Cydcor’s Jim Majeski Continues to Chart New Successes for Cydcor and its Clients

Cydcor recently honored its own Jim Majeski, Vice President of Business Development, for his more than 10 years of service growing the Cydcor brand and delivering results for Cydcor’s diverse client base in telecommunications, energy, merchant processing, and office supplies.

“Cydcor’s success is attributed to our people – great people like Jim Majeski,” CEO Gary Polson said. “Jim joined Cydcor in 1994 with impressive experience in corporate sales, management and strategic brand marketing. He’s built on that experience here to chart new, winning business strategies at Cydcor, while helping ensure quality service as the company has grown.”

Majeski previously served as Director of Business Markets for MCI, and as president for the International Marketing Group in Philadelphia, Penn., where he developed national sales and marketing campaigns for such clients as Miller-Coors, R.J. Reynold, Kraft Foods and American Express.
