Team members at Cydcor have unique opportunities to gain meaningful business experience, grow through mentorship-driven development, explore non-linear career paths, and build rewarding careers.

But this environment is not for everyone. Understanding the benefits of working at Cydcor, and what we ask for in return, is the best starting point for any professional exploring it.

What Professionals Gain from Working at Cydcor

A Culture Built for Growth

Cydcor's environment is built around collaboration, open communication, and a genuine investment in its people. With a close-knit team of nearly 175, the organization moves quickly without losing the cohesion that comes from a culture where a typical day is never typical. For professionals who want to grow fast and contribute meaningfully, that combination is hard to find.

An Entrepreneurial Culture

Cydcor is a fast-paced, high-expectations business where curiosity and skill-building matter more than tenure. People earn opportunities based on what they learn and how they grow — not tenure. That same entrepreneurial spirit shows up in the work itself: Cydcor's team works alongside some of the biggest brands to create solutions and give people a rare mix of prestige and energy that's a big reason they love working here.

Growth and Development

Growth at Cydcor isn't one-size-fits-all. Every person works from a development plan built around their individual goals, supported by training in areas like DiSC, Situational Leadership, time management, and AI skill-building, among many others. Leadership takes all forms here, from cross-departmental projects to involvement in cultural programs like philanthropy and special initiatives. Growth at Cydcor isn't linear, either; people can move across departments to match their skills and individual goals.

Team Member, Not Employees

We call our people team members, not employees — a distinction that reflects how the business actually operates. Results come from people relying on each other, not working in isolation, and our culture is built around the idea that everyone is better together. It's collaboration over hierarchy: people are trusted to contribute ideas, take ownership of their work, and grow alongside the people around them.

The Mentorship Advantage

Leadership at Cydcor is approachable, not distant. Team members across the company have direct access to  leadership team members, and learning runs in both directions. Leaders invest as much in listening as they do in coaching; in fact, our open workspace lends itself to this kind of collaboration, making it easy for people to connect across teams and levels.

"If you want great results, you have to invest in the people around you," Quinn says. "It's about giving them the tools, the clarity, and the belief that they can achieve more than they thought possible."

Cydcor has earned 13 consecutive Best Place to Work in Los Angeles recognitions, a reflection of a culture where people across the company stay engaged and invested in each other's growth.

"Working at Cydcor provides opportunities to develop leadership skills, gain business experience, and accelerate professional growth through hands-on learning."

Cydcor wouldn’t be what it is without a culture of generosity. Here’s a look at some of the incredible things that our team has accomplished (plus initiatives that will keep us busy well into the future).

Our 30th year in business is almost over. This has been a chance to recognize the hard work that’s taken us to where we are today… and remind ourselves why all of this effort is important.

Of the many causes we have supported in Cydcor’s first three decades, Liberty Children’s Home in Belize has been incredibly important to our team and the network around us.

Home to  more than 50 abandoned and once-neglected children, Liberty is restoring and rejuvenating lives, helping kids overcome incredible odds. For years we have been proud to assist their team as much as possible, and have raised over $130,000 to date.

Philanthropy is deeply rooted in Cydcor’s “people helping people” culture, and this was on full display at our National Conferences last August. When we put out a fundraising call during our Awards Ceremony, the Cydcor family answered — Raising $10,000 across our three events.

Our team got creative to make this fundraising a fun and meaningful experience. We sold merch, tickets for opportunity drawings, and even pins with Liberty’s signature butterfly (a representation of hope).

These weren't just fundraising activities; they were moments of connection, reminding everyone that business success and social responsibility can coexist beautifully.

These funds go towards everything from school supplies to major facility upgrades. They also help Liberty provide essentials, such as medical supplies, food, and clothing. We are proud that every dollar is spent in support of growth and new beginnings for these children. It's not just about giving them the essentials they need to live happy lives — it’s also about supporting and nurturing the dreams they have for the future.

And as the holiday season approaches, so does our annual drive for clothing, shoes, and toys. Every child deserves a spectacular Christmas morning, and we aim to show up big for Liberty every year.

While Liberty Children's Home holds a special place in Cydcor's heart, our commitment to giving doesn't stop there. As the holiday season approaches, our team will soon transform into a force for local good in Ventura County. For many years now, the annual Spark of Love initiative sees us collaborating with local businesses to help ensure no child goes without during the festive season.

This isn't your typical corporate toy drive. Picture Cydcor employees donning elf costumes and holiday garb, packing toys, sports equipment, and non-perishable food items — all destined for thousands of local children and teens. It's a reminder that true corporate responsibility starts at home… and that we don’t have to look far to find people who need our support.

From our local community to worldwide philanthropy, giving back sits at the heart of Cydcor’s DNA. Our "people helping people" culture isn't just a slogan — it's evident in every fundraising event, every volunteer hour, and every initiative they undertake.

And looking back at our last three decades of impact, the message is clear:

Corporate success and social responsibility aren’t mutually exclusive — they’re mutually reinforcing. And if you’re someone looking to take the next step in your career, or you’re a business leader looking to keep growing your team, this is where the true impact and legacy lies.

You don't need to raise thousands or transform an entire organization overnight. Start where you are. Join local initiatives like Spark of Love. Organize workplace fundraisers. Support causes that speak to your heart.

Remember, every butterfly pin sold, every toy packed, and every dollar raised creates ripples of change that extend far and wide. In a world that often seems divided, these acts of generosity are more important than ever.

The question isn't whether you can make a difference - it's how will you choose to do so,

As Cydcor has shown us for thirty years, the greatest business success stories aren’t just written in profit margins, but also in lives transformed.

3 decades of creating opportunity later… our 2024 National Conferences empowered the future while recognizing the incredible achievements in our rear-view mirror.

A group of people sitting in a room with a stage with blue lights
NatCon 2024 is about recognizing achievement and inspiring an even bigger future.

It's very hard to "Celebrate 30 Years of Opportunity" without this thought coming to mind:

"How do we continue to create opportunity for ANOTHER 30 years?"

To keep our business running for generations to come, we have to recognize past achievements while also preparing for future opportunities.

At Cydcor's National Conferences 2024, we got to do both!

NatCon hit Toronto, Ontario in July, before heading to Arlington, Texas in August for our B2B/Residential and Retail events. Across all three events, close to 2,700 entrepreneurs, business leaders, and professionals from our network of ICLs attended.

It's a far cry from where Cydcor was in 1994… when the entire business was just an idea in Founder Jim Majeski's head. Looking at the scene at NatCon 2024, and feeling the energy from the crowd, it's truly inspiring to see how far things have come.

And if you think Cydcor has been growing fast these past few decades, you should see the party at NatCon 2054 (when we hit 60)!

It's next to impossible to come out of the latest NatCon without the sense that the biggest is still on the way. While we were there to "Celebrate 30 Years of Opportunity," the programming was designed to challenge, motivate, and arm everyone with insights that will put new wins on the horizon.

Breakouts were run by CEO & President Vera Quinn, CRO Rich Mangafas, Executive Chairman Gary Polson, and top managers from independent ICLs from across the country. These breakouts blended wisdom from the years spent building and growing Cydcor, along with some cutting-edge business innovations that will forever change how ICLs maximize results and achievement in the field.

And along with their insights, these leaders were also able to tell some personal stories about their entrepreneurial journeys and their role in Cydcor's first 30 years. Every single NatCon attendee has their own Cydcor story to tell, and it's exciting to see how they're evolving!

Special breakouts highlighted women in business, Black entrepreneurship, and veterans in business. Meetings where ICLs working on shared national campaigns could discuss strategy and insights. One incredibly eye-opening General Session where Cydcor leadership discussed the latest wins (in addition to what's coming in the near future). This was a full-steam-ahead conference… and we left with years' worth of actionable advice to take to our work!

And it wouldn't be NatCon without our highly-anticipated Award Dinner (and the Cocktail Reception that comes before it). We were able to recognize and honor top performers from across Canada and the United States, and celebrate a number of people — both from independent ICLs and our own corporate office — who have recently hit major career milestones.

We even got to honor one of our Platinum Consultants, who has been with Cydcor for the ENTIRE 30-year journey (and counting)!

And if that wasn't inspiring enough, the Award Dinner was also an opportunity for us to come together, share in the amazing results we all have achieved, and give back. Over the course of the dinner, we raised over $10k for Liberty Children's Home.

Liberty Children's Home is a Belize-based orphanage that Cydcor has been philanthropically supporting for the past 7 years. Home to over forty children, many who have experienced abuse, abandonment, and neglect in their lives, Liberty continues to be a cause that's close to our heart.

The massive fundraising success at NatCon will help Liberty continue to support these amazing children and nurture a better future for them.

And as exciting as it's been to celebrate our 30th anniversary and the amazing business achievements of professionals across our industry… seeing everyone band together for a bigger cause was the standout moment at NatCon 2024.

That's one thing that hasn't changed since 1994 — and it won't be changing anytime soon. Cydcor is a business where people help people… and we're working hard to instill that into the next generation of our business.

We weren't just at NatCon 2024 to "Celebrate 30 Years of Opportunity"...

The event quickly became about "Creating 30 More Years of Opportunity."

And while a lot is going to change in the next three decades, ONE thing is certain.

At NatCon 2054, we will be:

  • Celebrating even MORE achievements
  • Sharing even BETTER insights, stories, and wisdom
  • Creating BIGGER impacts that make the world a better place

And if you WEREN'T at NatCon 2024, the next-best time to get on board is now.

From networking with industry leaders to learning from top innovators, these are the can’t-miss events for this year.

Connecting with others is the best way to grow as a professional. Most of the world’s top companies understand this—and put on yearly conferences to bring their organization, network, and industry together.

Among these, some organizations take it to a whole other level. Featuring life-changing breakouts and late-night networking parties, here are the top corporate events we can’t wait for in 2024

1.  NatCon — Cydcor

This multinational event pays homage to the entrepreneurial spirit. Cydcor, a leader in outsourced sales, always puts on a great show at its annual National Conference.

NatCon gathers business owners and entrepreneurs from throughout Cydcor’s network of independent sales offices. Held in Texas and Montreal, both conferences celebrate the past success of top performers while fueling future growth.

In powerful breakouts with leaders such as CEO Vera Quinn and Executive Chairman Gary Polson, entrepreneurs will glean the experience and wisdom that’s come from Cydcor’s 3 decades (and counting) in business. NatCon also invites top performers to come share their unique recipe for success, as breakouts/pannels touch on various innovations and opportunities within the industry.

Running for three days, NatCon reflects Cydcor’s reputation for excitement and momentum. The energy builds to an award ceremony honoring the achievements of top performers in ICLs throughout Cydcor’s network.

NatCon 2024 is scheduled for September—and is the perfect boost for entrepreneurs looking to finish the final quarter of the year strong. Last year’s theme was “Game On” and we’re eagerly waiting on Cydcor to reveal the focus for this iteration of their National Conferences.

1.  Think — IBM

IBM has been a global leader in technology research and consulting for over a century—we expect nothing less than monumental from their yearly conference.

Since 2018, IBM Think has allowed business leaders and tech insiders to learn about and discuss the latest in industrial technology. Think 2024—hitting Boston in late May—will focus on using AI to scale businesses, a hot topic that will continue to trend as the year goes on.

Over 5000 attendees from over 1000 organizations will be able to hear directly from the minds shaping the AI revolution. This includes keynotes from IBM’s Head of Research Dr. Darío Gil, Senior VP of Product Management and Growth Kareem Yusuf, and over 150 other industry leaders. Along with all the buzz around AI, business leaders will also learn about leveraging IBM’s Quantum to get a tech boost over their competitors.

IBM has had an active hand in technology innovations throughout the modern era. If you want to hear what their top minds are thinking about in 2024, don’t miss out on Think!

2.  Dreamforce — Salesforce

This yearly event is a force to be reckoned with—literally. Dreamforce, put on by CRM leader Salesforce, is known to put San Fransisco to a standstill. Bringing in thousands of attendees (with over 40,000 coming in person last year), Dreamforce is as much a logistical marvel as it is a fantastic corporate event.

Salesforce is a software that professionals across organizations use daily—which makes for a diverse and multidisciplinary crowd. Whatever your job title is, there’s a keynote or workshop that dives into the nitty gritty of how you can use the technology more effectively.

“True to the Core,” a Q&A with Salesforce’s top execs, continues to be a top highlight for those curious about features, updates, and even their biggest frustrations with the software.

It’s not all business at Dreamforce, though. The party schedule is just as extensive as the event’s educational offerings.

Dreamforce 2024 hits San Francisco in September. Best plan ahead: traffic getting into town will be a nightmare!

3.  Strategic Growth Forum – EY

There are few opportunities to rub shoulders with the world’s top CEOs, executives, and business leaders quite like this. Put on by the big four firm Ernst & Young, the Strategic Growth Forum allows attendees to network and learn from “the authors of the future.”

The marquee event of the forum is the Entrepreneur Of The Year® US awards—which recognizes the incredible leaders that will shape the economy for years to come. The Illumination Experience is also a highlight—offering executives in attendance hands-on time with cutting-edge technology that will play a major role moving forward. Keynotes and workshops on topics from revenue growth to market insights are also on the agenda.

Beyond all this, the Strategic Growth Forum is one of the best environments for good old-fashioned networking. If you’re looking for investors, new partners, and even customers, this is where they’ll be.

EY’s Strategic Growth Forum 2024 takes place this November in Palm Springs.

4.  I/O — Google

Google’s playful approach to innovation takes center stage at I/O, the company’s flagship developer conference. It’s even become a tradition for the event dates to be revealed via an interactive puzzle game.

I/O is an opportunity for developers around the world to hone their problem-solving skills, get ahead of the curve on innovation, and have fun doing it.

While I/O is largely attended online, Google has emphasized interactivity for its 2024 event. There is a wide range of communities attendees can join, allowing them to network with developers from around the world. The hope for Google is that these connections last much longer than the event itself, as newly formed professional connections fuel future innovation.

I/O 24 takes over the digital realm in mid-May—and it’s not just professional developers who are excited about it. Hobbyists and novices alike are invited to come attend. Consumers also watch over I/O with a curious eye—as the event often reveals new features and tech products dropping later in the year.

Whether you’re celebrating success with top performers in Cydcor’s network, or learning about the latest AI innovations from the heads of IBM, nothing rivals what you’ll experience at these top corporate events!

Maybe we’ll see you at one of them!

Cydcor logo

The summer may have recently come to an end, but we’re still coming down from the excitement of Cydcor’s 2023 National Conferences (NatCon). In the space of three weeks in August, we held events in Round Rock, Texas and Montreal, Quebec for our retail, B2B/residential, and Canadian Conferences. Our theme, GAME ON!, kept the energy high at each 2-day event.

NatCon stage with crowd from 2023

There were plenty of awards, thousands of attendees, and our itinerary was packed from start to finish–but the best thing about NatCon was the opportunity to connect with the ICLs in our industry to share, network, and grow together.

When we approached putting on this event, we had two goals in mind. First, we wanted to honor and celebrate the success that many of the entrepreneurs, business owners, and ICLs in our network have accomplished this past year. Second, we wanted to bring everyone’s thoughts, perspectives, and ideas together so that we can inspire and support the future growth of our industry.

We wanted to design an environment for professionals and entrepreneurs to network, make new connections, and learn from the industry's top minds.

This may have been a summer-ending bash, but the ICLs in our network are only getting started when it comes to success. Top sales producers were invited to share their knowledge in breakouts–and the Cydcor Leadership Team was also there to share insights with entrepreneurs looking to take their business to new heights. Our CEO Vera Quinn, CRO Rich Mangafas, and Executive Chairman Gary Polson all led their own breakouts to share their unique perspectives on business.

We believe that the ultimate success is to keep growing and leveling up one’s ability to serve the world through their career and entrepreneurial spirit. As we look ahead to the future, one thing is clear: it’s GAME ON!

We also believe that success is not a zero sum game–so by celebrating the achievements of outstanding individuals in our space, everyone can get a big picture view of the opportunities that are out there in the industry.

Powerful stories were shared, as top performers and consultants spoke about their journey and how they got to where they are today. Top female sales owners hosted a women in business breakout in which they shared tips and wisdom they’ve learned through their careers. A panel highlighting Black entrepreneurship was an integral point of NatCon, with leaders sharing their keys to success.

Group of consultants sharing their keys to success

While there was lots of learning and networking going on–there’s always room for fun at Cydcor events. NatCon is our Superbowl–and the atmosphere at each event reflected this. We’re grateful to the Kalahari Resort in Round Rock, Texas, for having us for our Retail and B2B/Residential Conferences; and to Hotel Bonaventure in Montreal, Quebec for hosting our Canadian event.

At each event, a cocktail reception gave way to the main event of NatCon: an awards ceremony that honored the success of the top performing office owners in our industry. These events are attended by highly motivated individuals–working for ICLs from across the nation–and this recognition of achievement brought lots of excitement and momentum.

Each of our three events came and went like a blur (we guess time really does move fast when you’re having fun!), but the spirit of NatCon 2023 lives on as we move to close out the final quarters of the year.

In closing, all attendees were left with a big question: “What does GAME ON mean to you?”

If NatCon 2023 was a celebration of what’s possible right now, we can’t wait to see the accomplishments that NatCon 2024 will be honoring.

For us, it’s time to get back to work! We’re people helping people–and we will spend the year building up to an event that even more entrepreneurs in our industry can be a meaningful part of.

Cydcor logo

People helping people – that’s essential to our culture as a business. But what happens when people help people help other people? Here are the results of our latest Philanthropy Challenge and powerful takeaways that will help you use collaboration to create positive change.

At Cydcor, one of the most cherished partnerships we have is with Liberty Children’s Home – an orphanage in the Central American country of Belize. Known as a sanctuary, Liberty provides love, safety, and growth to over forty children, many of whom have been previously abused, abandoned, and neglected.

To heighten our efforts to support this charity organization, we organized a Philanthropy Challenge. Kicking off at NatCon 2022, this initiative ran from September 12th, 2022 to April 30th, 2023. Independently owned and operated companies, or ICLs, from across our network, were invited to participate.

All in all, the wide array of teams involved were able to raise over $70,000! Our team is currently working with the people at Liberty to determine how the funds can best be used to support the children.

How was this all possible? The secret was collaboration. Here are three elements we’ll continue to bring to all our future initiatives.

  1. Diversity Scales Impact

From our network of independent companies, 32 teams took on the Philanthropy Challenge. These teams came from locations across the country – and allowed this initiative to have a presence in a variety of different communities.

If we were to go into this effort alone, we would have been limited by the reach and perspective of Cydcor. Inviting these independent teams to join us gave us new angles to consider how to maximize our efforts. This made us all the more powerful, overnight.

If you’re trying to leave a positive impact on the world, this is the first thing to consider. Who are the people that can bring another element to your initiative? What are the communities that are eager and ready to help out (if only someone would reach out to get them involved).

It’s corny to say, but we really are stronger together!

Everyone has different talents. The Philanthropy Challenge wouldn’t have had the same impact if we didn’t get every brain in the game. We leaned on the creativity of organizers to design pins, t-shirts, organize opportunity drawings with donated prizes, and even put together a paddle raise at our last event. These creative talents aligned in collaboration with the interpersonal skills of the people who conducted outreach and raised the funds.

Whatever your talents are, there are opportunities to serve your community and beyond. The secret is to align with a diverse network of people to form a dovetail of skill sets that create the most change possible.

  1. Healthy Competition

Healthy competition, or social motivation, has been shown in research to improve attention on sustained physical effort. Inside all of us there’s a competitor (though some people take this to a whole other level). When collaborating on a charity effort, some friendly competition is a great way to keep everyone motivated and push beyond what was once thought possible.

Cydcor, in alliance with a network of ICLs, has long enjoyed a good-old-fashioned competition. Creating metrics for success, curating an exciting collection of donated prizes, and sprinkling in a healthy dose of fun is one of our team’s favorite things to do.

For this Philanthropy Challenge, the big prize is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, which also allows for the winners to continue to experience the joy of serving others. The top three winners will soon join Vera Quinn, our CEO, on her next trip to Belize. While there, they have the opportunity to volunteer at Liberty and meet the children the Challenge was created to serve.

Because collaboration is always the key to success, these winners will be inviting two team members to join them on this incredible journey of servant leadership.

Making it a competition created an atmosphere of growth. The success of one person would inspire another to push the envelope even further – and so on. This created a ripple effect of social motivation, making the astounding result of over $70,000 going to Liberty possible.

  1. Inspiring Future Change

At Cydcor, we don’t believe in finish lines. So long as there are people on earth, there will be people in need of help. One day, we’ll be gone, and the next generation will be called on to provide support, service, and love to those in need.

With collaboration, we ensure that there will always be people ready, eager, and empowered to help people, because we create a movement that’s bigger than just us.

The success of the Philanthropy Challenge doesn’t just lie in Cydcor’s efforts, but also in those of the ICLs and the communities that they live and work in.

We’re committed to planning out even more ways to continue our support of Liberty Children’s Home, in addition to many more future initiatives that create positive impact in our community and beyond.

Collaboration will continue to be our greatest tool in accomplishing all this!

At the heart of Cydcor’s culture is the tenet of “people helping people.” Cydcor stands behind this idea by fostering a work environment that promotes both personal and corporate philanthropy and by offering team members a paid volunteer day each year to serve a cause that matters to them. Our service mindset is grounded in the concept of servant leadership, which focuses on empowering and developing our people, building a better company, and giving back to the community.

One example of how we’ve put this mindset into practice is Cydcor’s Philanthropy Club, founded by team members to provide employees with corporate philanthropy and volunteering opportunities throughout the year. Here are just some of the ways Cydcor’s Philanthropy Club has made a meaningful impact on the community in 2019:

March: Pizza Sale — Liberty Children’s Home

Liberty Children’s Home is a sanctuary in Belize that offers a safe, loving environment to more than 40 abused, abandoned, and neglected children — some with special needs or suffering from HIV or AIDS. At a Leaders Meeting in March, team members sold Costco pizza with all proceeds donated to Liberty to support learning, activities, medical care, facility improvements, and basic needs like electricity, clothes, and food.

April: Crayfish Removal

Team members partnered with Mountains Restoration Trust to help preserve and protect the streams and creeks of the Malibu Creek Watershed by removing invasive, non-native crayfish. Harmful to the ecosystem of the Santa Monica Mountains, crayfish prey on native species, reduce water quality, and worsen creek bed erosion. Prior to our arrival, scientists set more than 100 traps along a stream bed in Oak Park. Cydcor volunteers removed crayfish caught in these traps and cleaned up trash along the banks. Additionally, they measured the size of caught crayfish to help record and collect data.

May: Special Olympics Regional Spring Games

Special Olympics of Southern California provides year-round sports training and athletic competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports for children and adults with intellectual disabilities. Philanthropy Club participants volunteered at the Ventura County Special Olympics Spring Games held at Oaks Christian Highschool, featuring swimming and flag football competitions. Responsibilities included coaching, time keeping, score keeping, and cheering in the stands to show Cydcor spirit and support for local athletes.

June: Heal the Bay

For 35 years, Heal the Bay has been mobilizing communities across Los Angeles to protect the California coastline, restore waterways, and advocate smart water policies. Cydcor volunteers gave time at a monthly Heal the Bay event to pick up trash along a Santa Monica beach. After a full morning of cleanup, the team enjoyed a group lunch in Venice, a popular beachfront community.

July: Learn Earn Return

Learn Earn Return is a nonprofit organization focused on providing students and teachers with the necessary school supplies for a successful school year. Team members collected and donated items that might otherwise have been a heavy financial burden to students and their families, such as backpacks, composition notebooks, wide-ruled paper, glut sticks, scissors, rulers, and more.

September: Operation Blankets of Love

The Philanthropy Club held a volunteer event for Operation Blankets of Love, a leading animal welfare and emergency relief nonprofit organization that provides food and critical supplies for more than 12,000 animals a year in shelters, in rescue groups, and with pet owners experiencing homelessness or another hardship. Cydcor volunteers collected blankets, towels, toys, and other badly needed pet supplies donated during the event.

September: Pet Adoptions

Team members partnered with L.I.F.E. Animal Rescue, a nonprofit organization that rescues homeless or abandoned dogs and cats and places them in permanent, responsible, and loving homes. Cydcor volunteers supported L.I.F.E.’s weekly animal adoption event at a local PetSmart to help pets find their forever home.

October: Alzheimer’s 5K

Team members joined their local Walk to End Alzheimer’s® 5K, an Alzheimer Association event held annually in more than 600 communities nationwide to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer’s care, support, and research. Participants walking in the Westlake Village, California 5K surpassed their goal of $500 by raising $1,788. Cydcor matched donations of $500.

November: EARTHS Thanksgiving Food Drive

Cydcor volunteers supported the annual Thanksgiving Food Drive of the Environmental Academy of Research Technology and Earth Sciences (EARTHS) Magnet School in Newbury Park, California. Individual and department donations provided holiday favorites, canned food staples, and grocery gift cards to help 100 local families in need enjoy a Thanksgiving meal.

The contributions of Cydcor’s Philanthropy Club show the positive difference that employee-driven corporate philanthropy and volunteering can make on our schools, neighborhoods, and charities. Through community service, our team members embody Cydcor’s culture of “people helping people” by uniting behind a shared purpose, collaborating to overcome challenges and accomplish goals, and serving causes that matter.
